A little about me
Hi, I’m Laura and I am thrilled you are considering me as your photographer for your big day.
When not busy pretending-not-to-cry during the speeches at weddings, you can find me braving the British seaside, riding fairground carousels, searching for treasure in junk shops, stuffing the ginger avenger (also pictured) in misshapen home-knit disasters, or riding my granny-bicycle.
I love love love mid-century music and over the course of my teens and twenties went through my own fashion time-warp dressed like it was the sixties… then the fifties…then the forties! Luckily I stopped going backwards before I started sporting Victorian bustles and I’ve finally relaxed into an eclectic/chaotic personal style that my husband describes as ‘someone who gets dressed in a charity shop in the dark’.
I like to think I have a holistic outlook on life. I would love to be a bit more of a modern-day Tom & Barbara from the Good Life (my heroes!) and can bore you with tales of my allotment disasters and show you my bee-dance if any flying insect comes within ten metres of me.
I am overjoyed to work with like-minded, loved-up couples who are looking for a relaxed, natural approach to their wedding photography.
